Who is 365 Club and what is the idea behind it?

365 Club is part of Le News Sàrl, a Swiss news website in English that was started in 2013.

365 Club is run by the same team. We wish to offer our readers quality bathroom products at attractive prices. Buying our products will save you money and support Le News.

Our prices are lower than most walk-in retailers and online retailers, once postage is included. Online retailers in Switzerland typically charge CHF 7 for postage, which often wipes any saving from buying online. We include delivery in our prices so there is nothing extra to pay.

Currently, we have only a few products. This is because 365 Club is new. We plan to add more products over time.

How long will it take to get my order?

One or two working days in most cases. We use Swiss Post. Please contact us if your order doesn’t arrive: contact@365club.ch

Is postage included?

Yes. Postage is included in the price. This makes buying online the same as buying in store, except that it’s easier and takes less of your time. When comparing our prices to other online stores it is important to include their postal charges.

Everywhere within Switzerland.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Post the damaged product back to us and we will either replace it of provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Are your products genuine?

Yes.

Are your products the cheapest in Switzerland?

Our products are cheaper than most Swiss retailers and supermarkets. Postage is included in the price which makes buying online the same as buying in store.
